不知Amazon的判斷標準為何, 網友caii也有同樣的螢幕故障更換新品問題, 但是得到的服務稍稍不同.

我前天也因為要換貨去電客服,
不知道是不是因為週末假日,至今都還沒有看到訂單上有換貨的資訊耶~
當初是電話中, 他們有告知4小時後我會收到確認訊息, 事實也是如此, 建議您可以再試Email或是打電話確認.
