結果變成下半部是電子紙, 上半部是印壞的紙了.
這下糟糕了, Kindle台灣沒代理商, 要上哪找維修??
先去問了代購有沒有提供代送修的服務, 他們說有, 但是要付650元.
想了一下, 感覺不便宜, 死馬當活馬醫, 就先寄信問Amazon客服看看, 看他們的處理方式為何?
不行的話, 就請代購幫忙.

這下可麻煩了, 印象中國際電話都很貴, 後來翻了一下舊資料, 我的skype還有14元餘額, 應該可以夠我打客服吧(事後才知是免費, 因為我的skype都沒扣錢)
因為我的菜英文, 這通電話花了快25分鐘, 主要心得如下:
- 要打客服需準備個人Amazon帳號名稱, 註冊人名, 帳單地址或居住所在地資訊, 他們會一一核對.
- 簡單描述故障情形後, 甚至連Kindle序號都沒問, 他們二話不說就跟我要地址, 直接說要寄一個新的Kindle給我(Amazing~~~~), 不用付任何一毛錢, 一個禮拜後就會寄到台灣了.
- 在電話中他們說我需要在收到新的Kindle後, 將舊的寄回去, 沒想到, 他們之後又寄了一封信說, 不用寄回去壞掉的Kindle!!
